Instructors
All of our instructors are fully certified in Mat, Reformer, and Tower Pilates, as well as other personal fitness certifications and, have many years in the field.

Equipment
Our studio is equipped with Balanced Body and Stott reformers and props to help suit any type of Pilates class

Sessions
We have 5 reformers in the studio to maintain personal and individual training for each of our clients. At this time, we are offering:

  • One-on-One Sessions
  • Duets Sessions
  • Trios Sessions

Updated Policies 
Due to the health risks of COVID-19 and government requirements, we have implemented some new studio guidelines to ensure the safety of our clients and staff. We ask that you read the new protocols and understand the severity of it before booking your next appointment at the studio.

We are limiting our schedule to one trainer in the studio at a time for safety and for the comfort of our staff and clients. Please be understanding and flexible with scheduling as we are all trying to make the most of this.

Our 24-hour cancellation policy will be strictly enforced. If you cancel within less than 24 hours, you will lose your session. If you become unable to attend your booked session, please give us as much notice as possible, and if given more than 24 hours notice, there will be no fee or loss of class credit.
